Los servicios y el contratoThe services and the agreement

Los servicios de Pronto IA se contratan por separado, con una propuesta o acuerdo firmado o aceptado por escrito (incluye por correo o pago). Si hay conflicto entre ese acuerdo y estos términos, manda el acuerdo.Pronto IA services are contracted separately, with a proposal or agreement signed or accepted in writing (including by email or payment). If that agreement conflicts with these terms, the agreement prevails.

Precios, pagos y reembolsosPrices, payments and refunds

• Los precios publicados (instalación única y cuota mensual) son los vigentes y no incluyen impuestos si aplican.Published prices (one-time setup and monthly fee) are the current ones and exclude taxes where applicable.
• La instalación se paga antes de conectar el número y la cuota mensual empieza el día en que el asistente queda funcionando. Los cobros los procesa Stripe.Setup is paid before connecting the number and the monthly fee starts the day the assistant goes live. Payments are processed by Stripe.

Plataformas de tercerosThird-party platforms

El servicio depende de plataformas que no controlamos (Meta/WhatsApp, Zernio, Anthropic, Groq, Railway, Cloudflare). Pueden cambiar sus reglas, precios o disponibilidad, o suspender un número o cuenta. No somos responsables de esas decisiones ni de interrupciones de esas plataformas, aunque te ayudaremos razonablemente a resolverlas. Debes cumplir también las políticas de WhatsApp Business y de Meta.The service depends on platforms we do not control (Meta/WhatsApp, Zernio, Anthropic, Groq, Railway, Cloudflare). They may change their rules, prices or availability, or suspend a number or account. We are not responsible for those decisions or for outages of those platforms, although we will reasonably help you resolve them. You must also follow the WhatsApp Business and Meta policies.

Si eres un consultorio, el asistente no es un sistema de historiales y no firmamos acuerdos de socio comercial de HIPAA.Not use the assistant to receive sensitive data (health, cards, passwords, IDs). We do not guarantee that it generates customers, appointments, orders or revenue.

Uso aceptableAcceptable use

IndemnizaciónIndemnification

Si un tercero reclama contra Pronto IA por la información que tú nos diste, por mensajes que enviaste sin el consentimiento requerido o por tu incumplimiento de estos términos o de la ley, tú nos defenderás y cubrirás los costos razonables, salvo que el reclamo se deba a nuestra negligencia.If a third party makes a claim against Pronto IA because of information you gave us, messages you sent without required consent, or your breach of these terms or the law, you will defend us and cover reasonable costs, unless the claim results from our negligence.

Suspensión y terminaciónSuspension and termination

Puedes cancelar con 30 días de aviso. Podemos suspender o terminar el servicio de inmediato si incumples estos términos, si una plataforma lo exige o si hay un riesgo de seguridad o legal. Either party may go to small-claims court if the case fits there, and urgent relief may be sought from a court to protect intellectual property or confidential information. You may opt out of arbitration by writing to us within 30 days of accepting these terms.
